Who sells

Maison Issoire, a homemade bakery at The Trust Residence Ratchada–Rama 3, 20 Nonsi Rd, Chong Nonsi, Yan Nawa, Bangkok 10120. Contact: LINE @maison_issoire or 093-082-9232.

Products and prices

Our cookies are handmade in our kitchen. Prices are in Thai baht, and the full amount, delivery included, is shown before you pay. Allergens are listed with each product; all our cookies are made in a kitchen that also uses nuts and peanuts.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds; you then receive a confirmation email with your order number. Payments are processed by Stripe, by credit or debit card or PromptPay. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

We send your cookies by post or courier, each one heat-sealed. Delivery times are estimates: your cookies usually arrive 1–4 days after your order, depending on the destination. We email you the tracking link once the parcel is sent. Please make sure the address and phone number are correct.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund by messaging us on LINE before we start baking your order. Once baking has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Cookies are food, so they cannot be returned. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, message us on LINE within 2 days of receiving it (or of its expected arrival) with photos, and we will send it again or refund you.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. For PromptPay, Stripe emails you to ask for the bank account the payment came from.

Your personal data (PDPA)

We collect your name, phone, email and delivery address only to process and deliver your order. They are shared with Stripe (payment), our email provider and the carrier, as far as needed. We never sell them or use them for advertising.

We keep order records for as long as accounting and tax rules require. To see, correct or delete your data, message us on LINE @maison_issoire.

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart and the delivery details you typed are kept in your own browser only.
